Blagdon Sludge Buster uses cultures of natural biological organisms to actively consume organic sludge. Ponds can produce large amounts of organic sludge which develops from decaying dead vegetation, leaves, twigs algae and excess uneaten food.

This sludge can become a real problem making the water brown, discoloured or murky, and in the worst cases can even block pumps and filters. One solution is to physically remove such sludge by netting and vacuuming for instance. Sludge Buster however uses simple easy dose sachets to get rid of sludge before you even need to vacuum.

Each 9g sachet contains 8500 million bacteria – to treat up to 2250 Litres (500 gallons) app.
