Our opening hours are 10am - 4pm, 7 days a week
We stock a range of Goldfish, Shubunkins and Koi available for purchase from our shop only.
Fish are only available to purchase between April-October, but this may change weather temperatures depending. Please call or email for up to date availability.
Our telephone sales line is open 8.30am to 4.30pm Mon to Fri, and 10am to 3pm Saturday.
Bank Holidays 10am to 4pm.

RETURNS POLICY
You can return unused items purchased in store or online within 28 days of purchase.
Any items purchased in December can be returned within 60 days.

For faulty items, we may need to ask you to leave the item with us for us to test and confirm the fault.
We cannot guarantee that this will be done the same day.
