The Nexus Eazy 220+ and 320+ are the new and improved versions of the older 220 and 320 filters. Evolution Aqua have improved on the already world renowned Nexus filters by now using K+ Media in the moving bed chamber. You can install these filters either pump fed or gravity fed.

The Nexus 220+ and 320+ filters are 'auto ready', which means you can easily add on the Automic Cleaning System.

Nexus Automatic Cleaning System

The Brand new automatic system for the Nexus Eazy 220+ and 320+ is an innovative add-on that lets you do away with manually cleaning your system. Available in pump fed and gravity fed versions, the Nexus Automatic System will detect when your filter needs cleaning and then perform the process without you lifting a finger. The Automtic Cleaning System can be fit to any Nexus filter made from 2006 onwards. If you're unsure, contact us first.

This easy to install kit, now carries out all of the key processes that form the cleaning cycle:

The hassle free automatic way to clean your Nexus filtration system
Easy to fit to Nexus filters (post 2006 models)
Pre-programmed cleaning cycle kicks in when built in sensors detect cleaning is necessary
Electronic Control box automatically operates valves and pumps
Available in gravity and pump fed versions

What will I need with my Nexus 220+/320+ Filter?

If you're starting from scratch, you will need the recommended pump, UVC and air pump to work with your Nexus filter.
You can also purchase the lid seperately, if the filter will not be stored in a filter housing.

You will also need the necessary pipework and fittings. Please call us if you require any help or guidance with your Nexus set up.

There are plenty of pumps, air pumps and UVC's you can use with the Nexus filter, below are the Evolution Aqua recomendations. If we don't have these recommendations in stock, you can contact us to discuss an alternative.

We would also recommend purchasing the Pure Pond and Filter Start Gel to encourage the growth of good bacteria in the filter and make the maturation process even quicker.
