The Evolution Aqua 30 Inch Dechlorinator Carbon In-Line Filter is designed to be a simple no hassle and no mess solution, to making tap water safe for your pond and the fish that live there. The main problem with tap water is the amount of chlorine contained within it. Chlorine can be harmful to the delicate gills, protective membranes and other parts of pond fish. It can even result in burns and fatalities in some cases.

The most common method of dealing with this is to use chemical treatments. However this can be problematic as it requires correct information and accurate dosing and measurement – not to mention the general hassle and mess. The in-line dechlorinator from Evolution Aqua does away with all that. Just connect in-line to your hose or rigid pipe (standard fittings supplied), and the de-tox carbon filter will remove toxins (not just chlorine – see list below) from water as it passes through.

The filter contains high capacity pre-washed carbon that will make the water 100% safe for your fish. It’s also extremely economical with a low cost per gallon of water treated. This 30” version will treat up to 350,000 litres (77,000 gal. app.) and is perfect for first fills, water changes and top ups in ponds or aquaria. No hassle when it’s time to change the cartridge either – just unclip and replace.
