Siberian Sturgeon are native to the Siberian river basins, and into some areas of Asia.Wild catches of Siberian sturgeon are steadily declining, due to its value as a food fish and for its caviar. However, the fish is increasingly farmed in France, Russia and China.
You would need a very large (minimum of 15,000 litre), deep and well filtered pond to properly house one of these fish.
