Our biggest selling liner at Bradshaws is the PondKraft Polyex Pond liner, it’s a very strong 0.35mm Polyethylene liner. It is made by heating 2 outer laminates and an inner woven core, the outer laminates are smooth and shiny to stop algae from being able to attach to it.
We get asked all the time if this type of liner can be repaired (not saying that all our customers are clumsy, it happens!) or joined together. Well yes is the answer, but only with a tape, traditional sealants will not bond to the shiny surface.
