Unfortunately as a result of Brexit, we are experiencing issues with certain supplier deliveries and also sending our products to our customers outside of the UK.
Out of stock items
Many of our items come from Europe and overseas, and getting them shipped to us isn’t as quick and simple as it was previously. Any products on our website that are out of stock will show an estimated delivery date, however when you are pre ordering please bear in mind that this is an estimate and delays that are completely beyond our control may occur. If this happens, you will be notified by email that there is a delay with your order.

Where can we ship outside of the UK?
At the moment, only Southern Ireland.
What can I buy?
At the moment, only Pondkraft Poylex Liners, Polyfibrelay Underlay and Permalay Underlay are available for shipping outside of the UK.
How much will it cost?
Standard delivery starts from £15.00 but you will be quoted at the checkout as it depends on the size and weight of the parcel.
My order is being delivered on a pallet, what does that mean?
Any pond liners larger than 15m x 12m need to be delivered on a pallet as they weigh over 30kg. This incurs a higher shipping fee and requires you, the customer, to assign your own import shipping agent. This is a requirement and we cannot send any pallet deliveries without having the details of your appointed shipping agent, sorry.
Will I be charged customs fees?
Unfortunately, the couriers are unable to tell us what charges will be applicable once your order reaches customs. Any local taxes, fee’s and duty will be your responsibility to arrange payment for.
What if I’m outside of the UK and Ireland and urgently need to order?
Contact us at customer.services@bradshawsdirect.co.uk and we may be able to ship to you, on the understanding that this could take much longer than usual. We will look at orders to other locations on a case by case basis, but this will still only be available for Polyex pond liners and underlay.
