Delivery is direct to your door from our warehouse in York and takes approximately 5-7 working days. For deliveries of items less than 30kg, our standard delivery charge is £4.99.
If you are in a hurry we have 24 Hour Express Service from £8.99 and 48 hour delivery from £6.99 (working days only). 24 and 48 hour delivery orders must be placed by 3.15pm Mon-Fri otherwise they will not be despatched until the following day. Express delivery orders that are placed at weekends and bank holidays will not be despatched until the first working day of the following week. Express delivery is not available to Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland.
For single items weighing 30kg or over, an extra charge is applicable, starting from £30.
All plants will be subject to a £7.20 delivery surcharge due to being despatched directly from our supplier. This is to make sure the plants you receive are fresh and in great condition. There is no limit on how many you can order for one delivery charge. This is in addition to any other carriage costs for items sent directly from Bradshaws Direct. Please allow up to a 7 working day lead time for delivery (48 Hour and Next Day is not available).
Custom size liners will be subject to a £10 delivery surcharge due to being dispatched directly from our supplier. As these are custom made for you delivery is usually 5-7 working days.(48 Hour and Next Day is not available).
Due to carrier costs, deliveries to Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland will incur higher charges (express delivery is not available to these areas). When you place an order for delivery to these places you will be contacted by one of our sales team with a quote for delivery. If this charge is accepted we will then proceed with your order. If any item does not meet your expectations you may return it within 30 days. Please return it unused, including packaging and obtain proof of return from the carrier. Please ensure faulty products are clean and not contaminated with pond water or mud from your pond.

Remember to include your returns label from your despatch note in your parcel and state whether you would like a refund or replacement. Your statutory rights are not affected.
