More people than ever are shopping online. At Bradshaws we’re many times busier than we’ve ever been and we are trying really hard to make sure your order gets to you on time.
All delivery services and Royal Mail are SO busy right now that many parcels are delayed. If you want to talk to us about a delayed parcel please wait FOR AT LEAST 3 DAYS after you received the email telling you its been despatched before you contact us. It’s almost certainly delayed at the Couriers depot, AND THERE’S NOTHING WE CAN DO ABOUT IT.
If you ordered on a standard or free delivery service it is taking about 5 days for these orders to leave our warehouse. Then they need to be delivered by the courier, which might take 3 days. WE CANT SPEED THIS UP even if you talk to us.
If you have ordered plants, these will take 4 to 5 weeks for delivery. Please don’t contact us before that time as we can’t even track orders before then.
You can email us with any query, we’ll get back to you at most in three days. Please don’t email more than once.

If you still need to speak to us about an existing order it may take up to 30 miniutes for your call to be answered. We are sorry about that but we have more calls than ever to answer.
If you CAN wait and get through to us please remember, the person on the other end of the phone is trying to do their best to help you and all the other people who’ve waited such a long time. The long wait is NOT the fault of the person answering the phone.
